Every year Upper Echelon Clothing present students in the City of Rochester, the opportunity to apply to our Echelon Graduate Scholarship. We want to make sure students embark on the educational world the ECHELON WAY!
The Echelon Graduate Scholarship
The Echelon Graduate Scholarship is open to talented high school students, who showcase their fashion and retail savvy in order to earn money for education. Recipients receive up to $500 worth of educational credit to cover their tuition at any university or community campus.
