US SHIPPING

Orders are shipped Priority/Ground. Please allow up to 7-days handling time. Due to COVID-19, please allow 14-days for shipment.


Orders can be expedited for an additional fee.

TRACKING

Once an order is processed, the customer will receive a tracking number via email. Customers can track your shipment via USPS.

If you receive an incorrect order, contact us via email. Incorrect order emails will receive a response in 3-5 days. Customers can send the product(s) back and it will be replaced. No cash refunds are available.
 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Customers cannot return the product(s). All sales are FINAL. Upper Echelon Clothing does not exchange product(s) unless it is damaged.

PRODUCT CARE

To clean Upper Echelon Clothing product(s); turn the item inside out., machine-wash cold, and air dry.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Upper Echelon Clothing accepts all major credit cards; including Paypal.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is available.

 
REFUNDS

Due to the customization of products, refunds are not issued; nor store credit. We encourage customers to select the correct sizes and colors of the product(s) to ensure order accuracy.

ONLY damaged merchandise will be replaced/refunded. Please DO NOT ship a non-damaged product(s) with the intention to return the product(s), or receive a refund.
